Dr. Michael Colgan conducted a 30-day Isagenix trial using himself and 6 elite tri-athletes. All participants, himself included began with no more than 10% body fat. After the thirty days, the results (see the video at the end of this post - sorry about the quality!!) were:
  • average of 4.5 lbs lost
  • average 3% body fat lost
  • average 0.7 lb INCREASE in lean muscle mass
