Farmers' Market

I love, love, love Saturday mornings. While my husband and kids are still asleep, I meet a great group of ladies at the waterfront for an early run. After which we go to the local Farmers' Market. The freshness and natural goodness of the meats and produce, not to mention the baked goods, never ceases to amaze me. If you have a local market where you live and have yet to check it out, I encourage you to do so!! Most markets are open Saturday mornings from about 8am until noon, and many run year long. I think you will be pleasantly impressed with what you find!!
