Easy to incorporate Isagenix into my life? You bet!!
8 am Vanilla IsaLean shake (I add cinnamon) along with Daily Essentials (vitamins) and Accelerator (all natural, this helps to metabolize fats and carbohydrates)
10 am Snack - Isagenix Snack with a perfect balance of protein and carbohydrate to keep my satisfied until lunch
12 pm I was at a conference today, so I had the provided lunch: raw cauliflower and celery, Caesar salad, beef fajita
2 pm Isagenix chocolate and peanut butter FiberSnack
4 pm Four mini KitKat Halloween chocolate bars!
6 pm Chocolate IsaLean Shake and Daily Essentials (vitamins)
Also 2 L of water throughout the day. Now I am off to a work out. Tonight I will have a cup of chamomile green tea.
