SPRING CLEAN FOR YOUR BODY
Spring has sprung! For many that means cleaning out the garage, raking the lawns, giving the home a spring clean. How often do you think about cleaning your body - from the inside out? It doesn't matter what we put into our bodies if they are clogged and "dirty." Get the toxins out, out in the right stuff and feel the difference. For my husband, me, and many friends and family members of ours, we used the Isagenix system to cleanse and nourish and for us that meant a huge increase in energy, better sleep, significant weight loss, and a boost to our immune systems. OIL CHANGE
Do you:
-change the oil in your car?

I LOVE CHOCOLATE!
If you love chocolate as much as I do, the idea of a cleanse is almost depressing! Not any more!! Isagenix has IsaDelights and IsaDelights Plus - both are dark chocolates that contain antioxidants (two chocolates have an ORAC value of 5700 which is equal to a cup of blueberries) and a blend of B vitamins. IsaDelights and IsaDelights Plus are low in sugar (less than the amount of sugar in an eighth of an apple) and contain no artificial sweetners. THE BEST PART: you can eat these on cleanse days!!!!! Woohoooo!!! I eat 4-6 on cleanse days. They curb cravings on cleanse and non-cleanse days. I love, love, love IsaDelights and IsaDelights Plus!!!!

CLEANSE WITH A FRIEND!
We are all aware of the environmental toxins and the toxins in our food from crop chemicals and all that fun stuff. This is why periodically, your body NEEDS a cleanse.
If the word cleanse scares you - maybe makes you think you are going to feel as if you are starving, or you're thinking you will be spending days in the washroom. Worry not with an Isagenix cleanse. This is the most gentle cleanse I have ever done, which is why for four years now, I have done no other. You do NOT starve, you do NOT spend all your time in the washroom.
There are a few ways to use Isgenix's deep cleanse product (Cleansed for Life). It can be done daily, drinking an ounce in the morning a half hour before drinking your shake, or at night before bed on an empty stomach. Another option is to do a complete day where you drink the cleanse four times - it tastes good, it is full of nutrients your body will use so you will not be hungry, and you have Snacks between the drinks. The last option is to do a back-to-back cleanse (two days in a row); this is the most effective, and I know if you have not done this before, you will have a hard time believing me, BUT the energy you have during those two days is awesome.

My Two Day Cleanse
After a week of travelling, it was time to cleanse. Two back to back days of Cleansed For Life has left me 4 lbs. lighter and feeling great. You may think, "So two days in the washroom - of course 4 lbs is gone!" Nope, that's not at all how it works.
