Another option is to do a complete day where you drink the cleanse four times - it tastes good, it is full of nutrients your body will use so you will not be hungry, and you have Snacks between the drinks. The last option is to do a back-to-back cleanse (two days in a row); this is the most effective, and I know if you have not done this before, you will have a hard time believing me, BUT the energy you have during those two days is awesome.
